I think conceal carry of licensed firearm owners in Parks is far over due. There should be no regulation restricting such persons from carry in a Park at any time and at any place. I have read that the park service is issuing such restrictions which serve no purpose. Such restrictions serve to confuse but have no real bearing on safety. In fact, leaving a firearm in a vehicle is more dangerous since it requires the gun to be unprotected and the firearm owner must remove and handle the firearm for no real reason.

The Park Service should allow carry everywhere in the parks - unrestricted.
