As the state recognizes our right to carry a firearm and allows open carry without a license, the same should apply here.  The new regulation should not impact those that have chosen to openly carry and not get or have not yet received their Concealed Handgun Permit(CHP).  Requiring a CHP in this regulation would prevent an entire group of folks that carry daily from enjoying the state forests with the same comfort they have throughout the rest of the state.
