I respectfully urge the Virginia Department of Forestry to amend their Administrative Code to support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Virginians.    National Statistics clearly show a decline in crime when criminals are aware that law abiding citizens have the right to, and many are exercising their second amendment right to, carry arms.  Violent crimes using firearms are highest in those cities with the tightest gun controls - the criminals know that only they will have guns and are emboldened in their use to commit crime against law abiding citizens.
