To whom it may concern:
As a long-standing concealed carry permit holder in Virginia and Pennsylvania since the early 1990s, I very much value the ability to legally protect myself in most places throughout both states in which I lived. (I now once again live in Virginia). I have purposely stayed away from Virginia's state forests because of the inability to conceal, feeling particularly vulnerable when deep in the woods. The removal of the ban would permit me to enjoy the natural wonders of Virginia while providing me with the ability to protect myself and my loved ones. Please consider this with the knowledge that it will result in more honest, law-abiding citizens like me enjoying your wonderful parks.
