Open carry and ocncealed carry in State Forests

I have trained and worked and carried firearms for personal protection and group protection from Virginia to Alaska - there is no greater need for a person to retain the individual RIGHT to self defense by either open or concealed carry, than in any type of forest, national or state, OR state and national parks. By denying anyone the Constitutional right to keep and bear arms, you are setting people up as defenseless victims for both human and wildlife predators.

Unless each State legislator is prepared to assume personal responsibility for the injury or death of someone at the hands of a criminal in a state forest or park, you need to make it legal to carry open or concealed in state forests and parks.
