State Forests, Parks, DGIF or any State (public) property for that matter have an obligation to respect the rights and liberties of all Virginia citizens to enjoy the use of such public property and therefor should amend existing rules to respect both lawful concealed carry and lawful openy carry. 

I support the proposed rule change if it does not infringe upon lawful open carry.
