I fully support the proposed change to allow concealed carry in Virginia State Forests, regulation 4VAC10-30-170.  The second ammendment provides for the right to keep and bear arms, and as a retired military officer I believe it is our right and responsibility.  I am in the process of obtaining my concealed carry license after having completed the training course and can see no reason for any restriction.
