VDH must remove the Advocates for Youth website link from the VA School Health Guidelines. Any other links that talk to our youth about abortion, sexual acts, sexuality, sexual identity, etc are not appropriate unless there has been complete authorization from the parent of the student. All of these links undermine parental guidance and teachings. The VDH does not have authority over the parent's rights to teach their children what they want to teach them and in what timeframe. The VDH needs to stay in its lane. Stop the power grab. Allow our children to grow into healthy adults with their parents' guidance.
