These are a few general comments regarding Appendix G. It is not reasonable to begin these regulation changes on 12/1/21 when 1. The call centers are not operational. 2. DBHDS has not specified the LOCUS or any other approved assessment yet. 3. And the CEPP is required but not formalized. Please consider a delay of at least six months to ensure coordination between the call centers and service providers in order not to negatively impact the availability of services and care to our members.
