Virginia residents need our help more than ever right now, every crisis center, counseling center, and mental health provider in the state is struggling with staffing issues, availability issues, open beds for patients who need it.  This proposal is going to create more of that while TYING OUR HANDS, making us unable to provide care for people who are in desperate need of it.  As politicians, you are supposed to be working FOR your constituents, not against them.  This helps no one, and directly harms many, MANY Virginia residents.
