Mandates for teachers and students

State or federal government does not dispense rights, nor can they abridge those rights.  Those rights are given by our Creator, as clearly spelled out in the Constitution. Vaccinations do not stop the spread of covid, so whether you'r vaccinated or not,  covid spreads anyway.  So individuals concerned about the health of their children have the right to get vaccinated.  Those with religious or personal objections cannot be forced to take a vaccine by the state. Their choice is protected by the Constitution.
