No To Covid Vaccine Mandate

1. That while the FDA had approved one of the vaccines there have been no long-term studies to determine the future effects on humans of any of these covid vaccines..

2. That while the FDA had approved one of the Covid-19 vaccines it is still an unlicensed, emergency-use-authorization vaccine.

3. Subsection bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) of section 360 of Title 21 of the United States Code, otherwise known as the Emergency Use Authorization section of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, demands that companies give employees the "option to accept or refuse administration" of the Covid-19 vaccine.

4. For the above reasons it is unlawful for the State of VA to mandate any of these vaccines and it will open the State of VA up to many lawsuits including class action ones.

Reconsider forcing any people or children from taking these untested and unproven vaccines.
