Goals of Regulation (In 1995, VDH reviewed these regulations, after soliciting public comment and with the help of an advisory group, in accordance with Governor Allen's Executive Order 15 (94). VDH recommended that the regulation be terminated and replaced by a health advisory. This recommendation stands. VDH will initiate the process for termination.
