| Goals of Regulation |
Whether the regulations continue to provide appropriate and effective standards and requirements for the operation of home care organizations and to impose appropriate standards for the qualification and training of facility staff. NOTE: As of September 2000, these regulations have, over the last two years, been going through a comprehensive revision (replacing Chapter 380 with Chapter 381) that will help ensure compliance through consensus-building at the front-end of the promulgation process. A periodic review will be scheduled within three years of the effective date of these revisions. |
