| Action Summary | The Board of Optometry is recommending that 18 VAC 105-30-10 et seq. be amended to specify some of the required hours of continuing education be directed to the use of therapeutic pharmaceutical agents, to require licensees who have allowed TPA certification to lapse to submit a reinstatement application with evidence of continued competency, and to revise the fees for consistency with the principles established by the Department. It will also consider any other issues raised during the public comment period on the Notice of Intended Regulatory Action. |
