General Information
Action Summary As specified in Va. Code ยง 54.1-3443, the Board of Pharmacy has made five amendments to Schedules I and IV to conform Virginia scheduled drugs with federal scheduling actions. These amendments represent deletions and additions made by the federal government from July 7, 2022 through February 3, 2023.
