| Action Summary |
This regulatory action: (1) removes the limit for individuals in IMDs to only be able to receive substance use case management at the time of discharge twice in a 12-month period to comply with mental health parity; (2) aligns the state regulations with 42 CFR 411.18(a)(8)(vii); (3) clarifies Individual Service Plan review timeframes and grace periods; (4) clarifies that CSAC-Supervisees can bill for substance use case management services; and, (5) consolidates subsections B and C in 12VAC30-60-185 and removes duplicative language. |
