This general permit regulation establishes limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions for point source discharges of wastewater and stormwater from concrete products facilities to surface waters in order to maintain surface water quality.
This regulation action is proposed in order to amend and reissue the existing general permit which expires on December 31, 2023.
