This regulatory action will not only revise and enhance the requirements for the minimum training standards for jailors, court security, and civil process officers, but will create cohesiveness among all criminal justice professions. The revised regulation will also reflect revisions to language stemming from recently passed legislation. Additionally, this action will serve as a periodic review of the regulation itself. |
