Action Summary Repeal regulation due to transfer of authority to another agency. Chapter 615 of the 2015 Acts of Assembly, which transferred administration of T&M Vehicle, Trailer, and Motorcycle Dealer Advertising Practices and Enforcement Regulations (24VAC20-110) from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board (MVDB).
