The proposed changes clarify that the DMAS-122 Form (Adjustment Process) has been updated and re-numbered as the DMAS-225 Form (Long-Term Care Communication) in the regulations. This action conforms with current DMAS practice, as the DMAS-225 is currently in use to administer payments and adjustments. The DMAS-122 is no longer in use. |
