| Action Summary | This regulatory action is to amend the Licensure Regulations for School Personnel to comport with Virginia General Assembly legislation in the 2017, 2018, and 2019 sessions related to licensure. The Licensure Regulations for School Personnel (8 VAC20-22) were repealed, and revised regulations (8 VAC20-23) became effective August 23, 2018. The regulatory process for the revised regulations needed to conclude before additional amendments were to be submitted. Revisions from the General Assembly sessions have been consolidated to streamline the Administrative Process Act. |
