| Action Summary |
Chapter 830 of the 2018 Acts of Assembly amended the definition of “maintenance” in § 32.1-163 of the Code of Virginia, relating to onsite sewage systems. This regulatory action amends 18 VAC 15-40-10 so that the definition of maintenance in the Onsite Sewage System Professionals Licensing Regulations reflects the current statutory definition. |
