Action Summary |
This regulation clarifies that Community Mental Health providers are no longer required to submit their marketing plans and materials to DMAS for review. Providers must continue to adhere to all managed care organizations' and fee-for-service contracts, Medicaid policy, manuals, and regulations related to marketing, outreach, and publicity. |
