Action Summary | The correction reinstates paragraph (n) of the Vinyl Chloride standard, §1910.1017, which had been inadvertently deleted in the July 1, 2017 revision of the Federal Register covering OSHA standards, 29 CFR 1910.1000 to End. The re-instated paragraph (n) requires employers to notify affected employees within 15 days of their receipt of vinyl chloride monitoring results and the associated steps being taken to reduce exposures within the permissible exposure limit (PEL). |
