This action is being withdrawn as activities are coved by the Corps of Engineers NWP 27, conditionally certified by the Department of Environmental Quality on April 20, 2007.

The regulation will establish a General VWP Permit for wetland restoration and creation activities. The general permit will establish, among other things, preconstruction notification requirements, postconstruction reporting and certification of compliance. |
