Reason for Withdrawal
These changes were inadvertently put in the wrong Chapter of the VAC. This action is being withdrawn so that these changes can be incorporated into the correct chapters.
General Information
| Action Summary |
This regulatory action creates supplemental payments for qualifying private hospitals and qualifying private hospitals and nursing homes that are affiliated with a Type 1 hospital. (Type 1 hospitals are the state teaching hospitals.)
This regulatory action also creates supplemental payments for outpatient hospital services at qualifying private hospitals that are affiliated with a Type 1 hospital. |
