Reason for Withdrawal
Pursuant to Chapter 366 of the 2019 Acts of Assembly, the regulatory responsibility to establish minimum training standards for juveniles correctional officers was transferred from the Department of Criminal Justice Services to the State Board of Juvenile Justice.
