Action Summary |
This action proposes to remove a restriction from the participant eligibility requirements. Currently, participants must be unable to work or have a substantial likelihood of being unable to work within three months of becoming eligible for this assistance. A physician must certify to this condition. With the advances in drug therapies, participants are able to continue working for longer periods of time. |
