General Information
| Action Summary |
The proposed action is to repeal the existing water quality management plans that were developed during the 1970's and 1980's in compliance with Section 208 and 303(e) of the Clean Water Act. Concurrently with the repeal of the existing regulations, the Board will consider approving an updated, non-regulation, plan for the basin. |
