| Action Summary |
Federal OSHA made corrections and technical amendments to its regulations amending the Hazard Communication Standard, §1910.1200, which was published in the Federal Register on March 28, 2012 (77 FR 17574). Most of the corrections change references in other federal OSHA standards from “material safety data sheet” (MSDS) to “safety data sheet”(SDS), which OSHA inadvertently missed in its 2012 revisions to the Hazard Communication Standard. Other corrections include correcting values or notations in tables and updating references to terms defined in the Hazard Communication Standard Final Rule. |
