| Action Summary |
Amending 22 VAC 40-740 is necessary to comport with legislation passed in the 2012 Session of the General Assembly. This legislation, which took effect October 1, 2012, recodified sections of the Code of Virginia that addressed guardianship. In section 40, the reference to
“§ 37.2-1000 et seq. of Chapter 10 of Title 37.2” was changed to “§ 64.2-2000 et seq. of Chapter 20 of Title 64.2” pursuant to Chapter 614 of the 2012 Acts of Assembly.
