| Action Summary |
The Board has amended section 151 on requirements for continuing education to conform regulations to changes in the Code of Virginia in Chapter 497 of the 2012 Acts of the Assembly (HB378). In the amended regulation, the hourly requirement for continuing education is changed from 10 hours within two years to 5 hours per year. Additionally, the subject matter may include federal laws and regulations as well as Virginia law and regulation. |
