Action Summary |
This action updates the language in accordance with the Medicare Improvements for Patient and Providers Act of 2008 (MIPPA) section 115. This provision prevents DMAS from pursuing estate recoveries for Medicare cost sharing services (Medicare A &B premiums, deductibles, co-insurance, and co-payments) for Medicare/Medicaid dual eligible recipients. |
