General Information
Action Summary This regulation establishes procedures for facility owners to obtain authority to operate under a general permit in order to avoid the necessity of obtaining a permit required under Title V of the Clean Air Act. The department proposes to repeal this regulation because the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) policy under which this regulation operated has expired and the regulation is unusable.
