This regulatory action permits some pregnant, qualified legal aliens with family income below 133% of the federal poverty level (FPL) who do not meet Medicaid alien status requirements for full coverage to be enrolled in the FAMIS MOMS program and receive health care coverage for prenatal care and delivery. |
