General Information
Action Summary Section 211 of the Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (CHIPRA) of 2009 (Public Law 111-3) has applied Medicaid citizenship verification requirements to the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), or the FAMIS program in the Commonwealth. This action implements this mandate.

Executive Branch Review This Action is exempt from Article 2 of the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required. As such, it can be submitted directly for publication and is effective upon publication.
