This action incorporates into the VAC, solely for the purpose of maintaining consistency between the Medicaid State Plan and the VAC, language issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for inclusion in the State Plan. The language establishes DMAS compliance with the requirements of the Social Security Act sec. 1932(d)(1) and 42 CFR438.610. |
