| Action Summary |
The purpose of the proposed action is to adopt a new regulation to: (1) improve clarity of the regulation; (2) incorporate improvements in the language and reflect requirements of current federal and state law; (3) align home approvals, supervision, and monitoring practices and responsibilities of private child-placing agencies with public child-placing agencies; (4) relieve intrusive and burdensome language; and (5) provide greater protection for children in care. The current regulation will be repealed |
