The purpose of the proposed regulation is to change the regulations to ensure that they are in accordance with recent changes to the Code of Virginia and to ensure that the Board's reinstatement requirements are clearly stated in the regulations. In addition, several other housekeeping matters are being considered. Other changes to the regulation which may be necessary will be considered. |
