This revision updates the public participation guidelines (PPGs) for the Virginia Apprenticeship Council, as required by Virginia Administrative Process Act in accordance with the additional requirements of Chapter 321 of the 2008 Acts of Assembly. The Apprenticeship Council is adopting the model PPGs developed by the Department of Planning and Budget (DPB). |
