| Action Summary |
Chapter 499 of the 2008 Acts of Assembly provides that no fee may be charged for the State Fire Marshal’s Office to inspect schools. This action amends the Statewide Fire Prevention Code in §13VAC5-51-81 P 2 and 3 to remove the fee schedule previously established for the inspection of schools. |
