Expands Gypsy Moth Regulated Area

Action Summary |
By authority granted under Section 3.1-188.23 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Deputy Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services hereby extends the regulated areas under the Virginia Gypsy Moth Quarantine due to the detection of larvae or other life stages of the gypsy moth in areas not currently under regulation. The current regulated area is changed by the addition of the county of Montgomery. All other parts of the Virginia Gypsy Moth Quarantine will remain unchanged. Effective July 12, 2007. |
