This action establishes one regulation to replace two obsolete regulations concerning the administration of maintenance and construction payments for qualifying cities and towns. The replacement regulation guides the implementation of the Urban Construction and Maintenance Programs as established by ยงยง 33.1-41.1 and 33.1-23.3 of the Code of Virginia. |
