| Action Summary |
These regulations revise and update the MEDALLION regulations to address several operational and waiver changes in the MEDALLION program. This action will also allow DMAS to achieve greater clarity in the regulations to minimize confusion and interpretation, correct grammatical errors in the regulations that were noticed during the review, and to carve out individuals enrolled in the Virginia Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program (Birth Injury Fund) from the MEDALLION program. |
