On December 31, 2003, OSHA withdrew its 1997 Tuberculosis proposal and repealed §1910.139, Respiratory Protection for M. Tuberculosis. OSHA will begin applying the general industry respiratory protection standard (§1910.134) for protection against Tuberculosis on July 1, 2004 |
