The purpose of the proposed action is to reissue the existing Virginia Pollution Abatement General Permit for Confined Animal Feeding Operations which governs the authorization to manage pollutants from confined animal feeding operations, including storage and land application of animal waste. This action is not related to implementation of the Federal CAFO Rule. |
