General Information
Action Summary This action provides continuous coverage through 12 months postpartum for Medicaid and FAMIS pregnant and postpartum members and eligible individuals. A pregnant individual who is deemed eligible will maintain coverage for the duration of 12 months from the date the pregnancy ends, regardless of what point in the prenatal or postpartum period they enroll in coverage. The coverage will be maintained regardless of a change in circumstances affecting income or household size.
