General Information
Action Summary The Board has amended 18VAC110-60-130(G) to delete the prohibition on growing cannabis earlier than two weeks prior to an opening date for the processor; the amended regulation allow the processor to begin cultivation once the permit has been issued. The Board has also amended 18VAC110-60-170 relating to employment of individuals with less than two years of experience for certain duties in the processor.
