Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
Guidance has been revised to remove references to the previous eligibility management and benefit issuance system. A name change of the EBT vendor is also included. Clarifications also include a requirement to issue vault cards to prevent barriers to benefit access and guidance that the local office must provide customers with EBT account information.
